The Dean of Direito Rio, professor Sérgio Guerra, and Direito SP professor Carlos Ari Sundfeld will join the group tasked with presenting proposals to improve government management and control systems in Public Administration. The work on this particular subject will focus on improving corporate governance and compliance regulations.
The task force assigned to analyze the current situation of the Brazilian debentures market will be led by Ary Oswaldo Mattos Filho, founder and professor of Direito SP, as well as Direito SP professors Viviane Müller Prado and Renato Vilela.
The final task force will include Isaías Coelho, professor of Direito SP’s Latu Sensu Graduate program (GVlaw), former tax advisor of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and director of the Center for Fiscal Citizenship (CCiF).
