FGV’s Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (EAESP) kicked off OneMBA’s global residency on March 17. Held in partnership with four other renowned business schools worldwide, the Executive MBA immerses students in each country’s cultural and institutional environment, teaching them how to do business and develop the set of skills needed to spearhead global projects.

This year’s class has 117 students from 20 different nationalities. Over a period of 21 months, students will visit seven countries across four continents. In each residency, students will attend lectures from managers and experts regarded as references in their respective areas of expertise, in addition to visiting companies and experiencing social immersion activities.

Created in 2002, OneMBA is a global executive MBA program that offers hands-on knowledge of the business world, building upon interpersonal relationships and insights based on applied theoretical principles, and encouraging students to redefine their own perspectives. Immersions in international residencies, multicultural challenges, and a global faculty are some of the elements that allow OneMBA to stand out in terms of credibility, recognition, and transformation of how students see the world. In Brazil, the program is coordinated by EAESP professor Jorge Carneiro and regarded as the best executive MBA in Latin America by the Financial Times.
