FGV In Company held the opening ceremony for the ‘Leader Development’ program for Ibama, in Fortaleza, Ceará, on April 18. The program is designed for the institution’s cabinet advisors, division heads, and nucleus coordinators.

The event was attended by Ibama’s Superintendent, Herbert Lobo. The program coordinator, Professor Marcia Mendonça, and Ana Paula Honorato, from Academic Projects, represented FGV In Company at the event. 

The course aims to strengthen Ibama’s management staff, developing their professional and individual skills, promoting an attitude adjustment to adapt to the new international and local scenarios, as well as Brazilian society’s current demand for consistent purpose, performance and results.

The program workload will be 248 hours throughout a one-year period.
