Designed to meet a specific market demand, in which the speed of changes in the business environment requires constant retraining of management executives, FGV has recently launched the FGV C-Level Program in Sao Paulo, training business leaders to face current and future challenges in their organizations and, above all, to achieve excellence in the executive role within mid-sized and large organizations.

The program follows the C-Level excellence methodology, within a modular structure that offers the ideal tools to develop leaders and adjusts to senior executives' limited availability.

FGV C-Level is structured around three main complementary and independent thematic modules: Leadership and Innovation Module; Corporate Strategy Module; and Functional Skills Module (CEO/CFO/CIO/CHRO/CMO/COO). All of the modules are led by teachers with extensive academic background and business expertise, in addition to lecturers that also hold C-Level positions.  The three modules combined deliver an integrated learning experience, allowing professionals to improve their strengths and weaknesses, prioritizing their main personal and professional needs.

To complement the experience and in addition to the three modules, FGV also offers independent short courses on strategic issues, including: Business Analytics and Big Data, Digital Transformation, Strategic Risk Management and Compliance, Governance in Family-Controlled Companies (course in partnership with PwC), and Corporate Finance, among others.
