The Journal of Historical Studies of FGV’s School of Social Sciences (CPDOC) has recently been indexed on the two main scientific journal indexing platforms in the world. The publication was accepted on Elsevier’s Scopus, and starting in September will be indexed on Clarivate Analytics’ Web of Science as well.

These two new indexes lend major visibility to the journal and are part of the publication’s editorial project of internationalization. The Journal of Historical Studies is also indexed on Scielo, the largest journal indexer in South America.

The journal is classified as A1 on Qualis CAPES in the fields of history, interdisciplinarity, and religious sciences and theology. The Journal of Historical Studies is published every four months and is linked to CPDOC’s Graduate Program in History, Politics and Cultural Assets (PPHPBC).
