Experts in various law fields carry out multidisciplinary debate on corruption

On October 30, FGV’s Sao Paulo Law School (Direito SP) welcomes experts from various law fields for the event “Legal meanings of corruption: what are we talking about?”. The meeting is the first in the series “Frontiers – discussions on frontier topics between sanctioning administrative law and criminal law”, coordinated by professors Vera Monteiro and Davi Tangerino.
“This event aims to discuss the issue of corruption with students, scholars, the press and all who are interested in participating, from a technical, objective and legal point of view, but taking into account various fields of law and making room for the plurality of opinions”, said Davi Tangerino.
In addition to Tangerino (Criminal Law) and Monteiro (Administrative Law), the theme of corruption will be presented by Arthur Badin (Competition Law), with Felipe de Paula, Fernando Neisser and Heloísa Estellita as debaters.
