The new technological revolution that is changing the business landscape also promises to transform agriculture. Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and other disruptive technologies have reached the field with the promise of delivering greater productivity and predictability.

With an eye on this innovation, FGV's Sao Paulo School of Economics (EESP) will be promoting on April 22 the event “Agricultura 4.0 – Impacto da Inteligência Artificial e tecnologias disruptivas no setor agrícola” (“Agriculture 4.0 – The impact of Artificial Intelligence and disruptive technologies in the agricultural sector”), with the participation of Guilherme Raucci, from the company Agrosmart, and Gabriel Martins Dias, from Semantix. Both are professors of the FGV MBA courses.

Roberto Rodrigues, professor at the FGV and former Minister of Agriculture, is due to open the meeting.
