FGV Executive Education has just launched its new C-Level Course on Leadership and Management. The purpose is to develop participants’ leadership and management skills and encourage them to reflect on how they act and interact, based on the professional experience and expertise of Abilio Diniz, one of Brazil’s foremost entrepreneurs. The classes will take place once a week in Sao Paulo, from 7:30 pm to 10:45 pm, as of March 17, 2020.

The course is designed to help participants identify important aspects of their leadership profile and improve their vision of the current business context, which is strongly affected by technological change. The program also aims to encourage students to implement individual development plans, develop new perspectives on entrepreneurship and understand key management and leadership issues at organizations.

“To lead means to create enterprises. The foundations for making decisions and acting decisively lie in ourselves, in our beliefs and values, in the alignment of our thoughts and emotions, in the lessons we have learned from our experiences,” says Diniz.

Abilio Diniz is the chairman of investment firm Península Participações and a board member of Carrefour Global and Carrefour Brasil.
