Online event debates future of sanitation reform

On July 21, Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Brazilian School of Economics and Finance (FGV EPGE) will hold a webinar called “Next Steps After the Sanitation Reform’s Approval.” The event will be broadcast live on FGV’s YouTube channel, starting at 6 pm.
The event will feature the Economy Ministry’s infrastructure development secretary, Diogo Mac Cord; and the vice president for corporate and regulatory affairs of BRK Ambiental, Daniela Sandoval. The director and founder of FGV’s Center for Regulation and Infrastructure Studies and FGV EPGE’s professional master’s coordinator, Joisa Dutra, will be the moderator.
The aim of the webinar is to discuss people’s expectations and challenges for the “new era” of sanitation in Brazil, in which more investment is expected to universalize access to water supply and sewage networks.
