Webinar brings together legal experts to discuss launch of book on the Constitution and tax
On August 11, Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Rio de Janeiro Law School will host a discussion involving former Supreme Federal Court justice Eros Grau and National Treasury prosecutor Daniel Giotti, who will discuss the book “Constituição Tributária Comentada” (“Comments on Tax Aspects of the Constitution”) together with its author, Professor Gustavo Fossati. The event will be broadcast live on FGV’s YouTube channel, starting at 6 pm.
The webinar will mark the launch of this book, which comments on tax-related articles of the Federal Constitution, addressing key problems involving the subject based on the rulings of the higher courts. The book is eminently practical and it may be used by legal experts, economists and consultants.
