On September 4, the Group for Research on Infrastructure and Environmental Economics at Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) will hold a webinar called “The Green Economy: Challenges for the Power Sector.” The event will be broadcast live on FGV’s YouTube channel, starting at 3 pm.

This is the fourth debate in an integrated series of webinars about the book “The Environmental Economy: Incentives to Grow While Preserving the Planet,” by FGV EAESP professor Gesner Oliveira and Artur Ferreira, the founder of Global Forest Bond, which will be published by Bei Editora. By the time the book has been launched, all its chapters will have been the subject of debates. As well as the two authors, the webinar will feature Wilson Ferreira Júnior, the CEO of Eletrobras; Marcelo Lyra, the founder of Cygnus Green Energy; and Felipe Gonçalves, the education and R&D superintendent of FGV Energy.
