Webinar debates limits of antitrust interventions

On Monday, November 30, at 11 am, the Center for Infrastructure and Environmental Solutions Studies (CEI-SA) at Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) will hold a free webinar on the limits of interventions by the Brazilian Antitrust Regulatory Agency (CADE).
Control of mergers and acquisitions is a hot topic for executives in different sectors of the Brazilian economy, including infrastructure. CADE has a detailed guide on antitrust measures that may be taken to tackle market dominance. During the event, Alexandre Barreto, CEO’s president; two CADE directors, Luís Braido and Sérgio Costa Ravagnani; and the president of Ibrac and partner in law firm Mattos Filho Advogados, Lauro Celidonio, will discuss the limits of antitrust interventions by CADE. The moderator will be CEI-SA’s coordinator, Professor Gesner Oliveira.
