On December 9, Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) will hold a webinar about the instant payment revolution caused by the arrival of PIX. The event will be broadcast on FGV’s YouTube channel, starting at midday.

The aim of the webinar is to discuss PIX, a new payment method that looks set to affect the business world on a large scale. All sectors will be transformed: retail, e-commerce and B2B transactions. Payments will take place in an increasingly fluid way and competition between banks and fintechs will become fiercer. Consumers, companies and the country will benefit.

Talks will be given by Professor Adrian Cernev of FGV EAESP and Luiz Henrique Ddier, the CEO of Bexs Banco. The moderator will be Eduardo Diniz, the head of FGV’s Technology and Data Science Department.
