There is still a lot of doubt about the best way to manage a project and which of three different management models is the most appropriate: traditional, agile or hybrid. These methodologies help to conduct projects as they allow flexibility and planning. This subject will be discussed during an online talk called “Three Approaches to Project Management,” to be held by FGV Executive Education on December 10, at 10 am.

The talk will be given by the vice president for marketing and communication of the Rio de Janeiro branch of the Project Management Institute Rio (PMI-RJ), consultant and professor Marcantonio Fabra. During the meeting, the three project management models in question and their applicability to each project will be presented. The advantages and disadvantages of each model will also be presented and there will be a discussion about the project management profession.
