Graduate Course in Estate Planning and Succession:
The growth of the Brazilian economy, family business succession, specialization in the provision of legal and banking services and mechanisms for the regularization of assets held abroad recently introduced by Brazilian legislation have made the development of professionals specialized in wealth management indispensable. This involves the administration of assets, whether belonging to an individual, company or family, with the goals of guaranteeing their legal protection, enabling their transfer to heirs or other recipients and obtaining efficient tax results.
Wealth management presupposes the application of interdisciplinary legal tools, which involve family and succession aspects, as well as corporate and tax strategies. The objective of this course is to introduce and develop in participants basic skills for legal advice related to the transmission, management and perpetuation of the assets of individuals, families and family businesses. It is aimed at law graduates who have experience in the area of estate planning and succession.
