Meeting debates people’s role as agents of change in projects

Projects have been the driving force to seek the “new” and to improve what already exists. More recently, they have also been a driver of change, not only in technical aspects, but in almost all dimensions of human activity. In this context, FGV Executive Education will hold a webinar on February 1 called “People as agents of change in projects.”
During the event, a brief history of the evolution of projects and methodologies will be presented, including change management, which has become significant in recent times. People are also a key competitive advantage, enabling more effective projects.
The meeting will feature the coordinator of FGV’s MBA in Project Management, André Barcaui; and the coordinator of FGV’s MBA in People: Human Development of Managers, Edmarson Bacelar Mota. The webinar’s opening remarks will be given by the director of FGV Executive Education, João Luis Tenreiro Barroso. The moderator will be the executive manager of FGV’s Belo Horizonte Executive Education Center, Elaine Sampaio Teles Barbosa.
