On February 4, Fundação Getulio Vargas will hold a free webinar on challenges and opportunities in the management of diversity and inclusion. The event will be broadcast live on FGV’s YouTube channel, starting at 6:30 pm.

This is the second edition of FGV’s Executive Education Forum and it will look at what has been done within companies in terms of management of diversity and inclusion. The participants will also present actions that generate better results, the impacts on their businesses and challenges in people management.

Talks will be given by Lilian Rauld, the head of diversity and inclusion at Sodexo On-Site; and Djalma Scartezini, the vice president of the EY Institute and senior manager for diversity and inclusion consulting at EY. The moderator will be FGV’s MBA course coordinator Denize Dutra.

The event is being held by FGV’s MBA in Strategic People Management: Human Development of Managers and its MBA in Strategic and Economic Management of Human Resources. Those interested in participating can sign up here.
