The registrations for the college entrance exams of Fundação Getulio Vargas for the first half of 2015 opened today, July 7. In Rio de Janeiro, the institution offers the courses in Business Administration, Economics, Law, History, Social Sciences and Applied Mathematics. One is the new website, which has been completely redesigned to better meet the demands of the candidates. Through the website users can access the public notices for each course, attend a free class and read testimonials from students and alumni. Another interesting aspect is that the student may enroll himself/herself in the process entirely through his/her cell phone.Now it's easier to find the desired information and get details about each course. Registrations through the cell phone are the highlight - a result of our growing digital presence in mobile devices, says the director of FGV's Communications and Marketing Division, Marcos Facó.It is possible to participate in the process by choosing between two entrance forms - the college entrance exams and the ENEM (Brazilian High School National Examination). If the student chooses to take both, he/she must pay both registration fees. The classification criteria can be checked in the public notices here (in Portuguese).In Rio, those interested have until September 29 to register for the selection process through the college entrance exams site and the exams take place in October. In São Paulo's state capital, registrations are open until October 15, and exams are between November and December, depending on the course. Public school students may request exemption of the registration fee through documentary evidence.
