Rio de Janeiro Law School (FGV DIREITO RIO) is accepting, until the end of March, applications for the Continuing Education Courses (CEC). The executive short-term programs, directed at developing skills of undergraduate students in various fields of knowledge, focusing on a deep articulation of technical and academic aspects of law related issues - in a contemporary and practical approach.Those interested may choose from five courses with a workload of 60 hours, taught at FGV's building at Candelária, Rio downtown. They are: ?General and Tax Accounting?; ?Contract Law?; ?Labor Corporate Law?; ?Energy, Mining and Infrastructure Environmental Regulatory Law?; and ?Valuation and Corporate Law: How to Evaluate the Business?. The School's portfolio also includes the course ?Legal English: Contracts and Litigation?, with a workload of 18 hours and classes at FGV's main offices, in Botafogo.The short duration programs (conducted in Portuguese) take place exclusively at night, from 7 to 10 pm, twice a week, according to the schedule of each course.
