The Management of FGV?s International Affairs Division (DINT) and the International Relations coordinators of FGV's schools held a videoconference to choose four students and a professor who will participate, in July, in the Top China 2013 program. The program, funded by Banco Santander, will take the group to universities in Beijing and Shanghai Jin Tao for a one month exchange program, with the aim of strengthening ties between the Chinese and Brazilian education institutions. Among the elected participants are Professor Rafael Goldszmidt (Academic Coordinator of the Master in Management at FGV?s School of Public and Business Administration in Rio de Janeiro (EBAPE), and the students Andrea Lavourinha (DIREITO RIO ? FGV?s Law School in Rio de Janeiro), Danilo Carneiro (EAESP - FGV?s School of Business Administration in São Paulo), João Lucas Ferreira (EPGE - FGV?s School of Economics in Rio de Janeiro) and Raphael Duntenkefer (EESP - FGV?s School of Economics in São Paulo). The cooperation between FGV and Santander Universities has allowed exchange actions involving professors and students in Europe, Latin America and China to take place.  In the case of China, it also involves other universities, such as Tsinghua - whose School of Public Policy and Management welcomed Professor Eduardo Marques, DINT's International Relations Manager, when he attended the ceremony of certificates delivery by Santander Universities. Top Brasil 2013 This year, FGV was invited to coordinate the fifth edition of Top Brasil - a program through which a group of about forty young university students and eight professors from eight Chinese universities will visit universities in the city and state of Rio de Janeiro. The activities include lectures and visits that will give Chinese students a general overview of Brazilian history, culture and business environment. The coordination is carried out in a partnership with DINT, the Directorate of Academic Integration and EBAPE. *Professor Eduardo Marques (GERINT/DINT) and Ines LIU (Santander Bank Beijing) at Tsinghua University.
