The seminar will provide a comparative perspective on Brazilian and Chinese views of arbitration and alternative means of dispute resolution, including on-line means of conflict resolution.
The event will bring together experts in the field to discuss the differences between their respective legal cultures and the prospects for Chinese investments in Brazil and the partnerships between the two countries in major infrastructure projects.
