The Center for Studies in Ethics, Transparency, Integrity and Compliance of the São Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP), in partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), will hold an event on the challenges of Artificial Intelligence in corporate governance on February 6 at 8:30 am. It will take place at FGV, located at Rua Itapeva, 432, in São Paulo.
The aim of the event is to discuss issues such as transparency, accountability and the ethical impacts of corporate decision-making in an increasingly dynamic digital landscape, in order to promote reflection on how to balance technological innovation with ethical practices, ensuring sustainability, compliance and trust in business. In addition, the event celebrates the signing of a cooperation agreement between FGVethics and IBGC, reinforcing the institutions' commitment to promoting ethical and innovative practices in the field of corporate governance.
