The São Paulo School of Business Administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EAESP) is now accepting applications for its mid-year entrance exam. Interested candidates can apply until May 6. A total of 250 seats are available for the Business Administration program, with classes beginning in the second semester of 2025.

Seats:

Out of the total seats offered, 210 are through the entrance exam, 6 via the Enem, 24 for international selection processes – IB (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme), ABITUR (the exam that qualifies students for higher education in Germany), BAC (the exam that qualifies students for higher education in France) and SAT (the American exam similar to the Enem) – and 10 are reserved for social demand and diversity (candidates must have completed all of high school in a public institution or in a private institution with a full scholarship awarded due to economic necessity, or self-declare as black, mixed race or indigenous).

Applications:

The fee for the entrance exam and the international exams is R$ 250, while the process via Enem has a fee of R$ 125.

For students who are finishing or have completed all of high school in a public school (municipal, state or federal) or who are full scholarship recipients at private schools, FGV EAESP offers a waiver of the application fee. Proof of eligibility is required through documentation.

Applications must be made on the FGV Vestibular website.

Exams and results:

The exams will be conducted in-person. Candidates may choose from the following cities: Belo Horizonte (MG), Brasília (DF), Campinas (SP), Campo Grande (MS), Cuiabá (MT), Curitiba (PR), Fortaleza (CE), Goiânia (GO), Porto Alegre (RS), Recife (PE), Ribeirão Preto (SP), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Salvador (BA), São José dos Campos (SP), São Paulo (SP), and Uberlândia (MG).

When registering, candidates must indicate, in order of preference, three of the cities listed above, including São Paulo as a mandatory option. If São Paulo (SP) is chosen primarily as the test location, there is no need to select two other options.

It’s important to note that exams will only be held in cities with 20 or more candidates registered as their first choice. If the first and second options cannot be accommodated, the selection process will be held in São Paulo.

About the selection process:

The selection process consists of two phases: the 1st Phase includes four objective tests, and the 2nd Phase consists of two discursive tests.

The objective questions, lasting 3 and a half hours, will cover mathematics, Humanities (History, Geography, and Current Affairs), Portuguese Language, and English Language. In the discursive module, there will be 3 and a half hours for essay writing and a mathematics test.

The exams for the first phase will be held on June 8, and the scores from this phase will be announced starting at 6 pm on June 17. The final result will be published starting at 6 pm on June 27. For the Enem-based process, results will be released on June 23, after 6 pm. Finally, the results of the international exams will be disclosed after 6 pm on July 14.
