The Getulio Vargas Foundation will host an online event to discuss the importance of the board of directors in a family-controlled company on January 23rd at 7pm.
The purpose of the webinar is to explore the vital role of a board of directors in family-controlled companies. The event will bring together teachers from the Family Business Board Training program, who will discuss the role of the board of directors in defining strategies and ensuring the sustainability of family organizations.
