Event analyzes role of renewable sources in energy system
IEA’s 2019 Renewable Energy Market Report analyzes the role of renewable sources throughout the energy system, including the power, heating and transportation sectors.
On November 25, at 2 pm, the International Energy Agency (IEA) will present its 2019 Renewable Energy Market Report in FGV’s main building (Praia de Botafogo, 190, 12th floor, Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro). Organized by the FGV´s Center for Regulation and Infrastructure Studies (FGV CERI), the event will bring together representatives of the Brazilian energy sector.
IEA’s 2019 Renewable Energy Market Report analyzes the role of renewable sources throughout the energy system, including the power, heating and transportation sectors. The document sets out forecasts for the 2019-2024 period, with a special focus on distributed photovoltaic solar energy.
After the report’s main results have been presented, there will be a panel discussion featuring specialists and representatives of the Brazilian energy sector.
