Brazil has several challenges to make the energy transition to a more sustainable model. To discuss the matter, FGV Energy will be holding, on June 18, from 6 p.m., the event “Energia em Foco: Os Desafios do Brasil em um Mundo em Transição Energética” (“Energy in Focus: Brazil’s challenges in a world in energy transition”). The event, which will be held in the auditorium of FGV Main Office (Praia de Botafogo, 190, Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro, RJ) will be attended by David Zylbersztajn (DZ Consultoria) and Adriano Pires (CBIE).
At the forefront of global energy transformation, policies, markets and economics promote the debate on energy and emphasize the political and strategic side of the issue. The guests will be debating the urgent challenges facing Brazil, including the insertion of new energy sources, regulatory adjustments, legal security, access, cities, and infrastructure.
The event is part of the Energy in Focus series, which aims to provide a high-level debate, serving as a connection between consumers and producers, government and industry, and academics.
