Experts discuss new frontiers in energy-related disputes
Held by the FGV Mediation and Arbitration Chamber, the meeting will bring together specialists to debate conflict resolution in the energy sector

On October 18, the FGV Mediation and Arbitration Chamber will hold a seminar called “New Energy-Related Disputes,” bringing together experts to discuss key challenges currently facing the energy sector.
There will be two panel discussions during the meeting: New Frontiers in Energy Disputes Regarding Traditional Energy Sources and New Frontiers in Energy Disputes Regarding New Energy Sources. As the names of the panels indicate, the seminar will focus on new frontiers in energy disputes, covering both new and traditional sources of energy.
The speakers will include André Junqueira, Vitor Madeira Filho, Mauricio Mazzini, Cristina Mastrobuono, Gustavo De Marchi, Juliana Loss, Maria Fernanda Dyma, Fernando Marcondes, Maria D’Assunção and Fabiano Ricardo Luz de Brito. After the event, participants may email the organizers to request a five-hour certificate of participation, which will then be sent to them.
