FGV Energy hosts debate on climate issues in Brazil

FGV Energy will host a roundtable under the theme “Climate Issues and Impacts on the Energy Business” on April 19, at 2 PM, at the auditorium of FGV’s main office, in Rio de Janeiro. The event will address the influence of natural phenomena on energy resources in Brazil.
Discussions will focus on the uncertainty surrounding climate issues and how the main decision-makers in the electricity and biofuels segments plan to address this problem.
The event will begin with a presentation mapping the main climate phenomena and their impacts on energy resources in Brazil. The presentation will be followed by two roundtables discussing decision-making based on such phenomena: one for the electricity segment and another for the biofuels segment.
