FGV Energy launches special booklet on Shale Gas in Brazil
Building upon non-conventional oil and gas production and exploration in the U.S. and Argentina, FGV Energy and experts will discuss the first steps to develop this activity in Brazil.
FGV Energy will launch the booklet titled “Shale gas lurking in Brazil: demystifying the exploration of low-permeability resources” on February 13, at FGV’s Main Office (Praia de Botafogo, 190. 12º andar, Rio de Janeiro/RJ). The event will include the General Director of the Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), Décio Oddone, and the Director of the Brazilian Energy Research Office (EPE), José Mauro Ferreira Coelho, among other guests, discussing how Brazil can explore its low-permeability oil resources.
