FGV receives the British Ambassador Craig Murray to address human rights in São Paulo

On May 29, the CPDOC of São Paulo received the British Ambassador Craig Murray, who is a writer and activist in defense of human rights. Murray is the author of the book ?Dirty Diplomacy?, exposing the backstage of the turbulent political situation in Uzbekistan ? where he worked as Ambassador from 2002 to 2004. He is graduated in Modern History from the University of Dundee, Scotland, working as dean of the institution between 2007 and 2010. In 2006, as a recognition for his campaign against torture and on behalf of human rights, Murray was granted the prize ?Sam Adams Award?. The debate was moderated by Oliver Stuenkel, coordinator of the International Relations center and MBA of FGV São Paulo, taking place at room 4000, EESP.
