FGV's International Director participates in Doctoral boards in Portugal

Professor Bianor Cavalcanti, international director of Fundação Getulio Vargas, participated as the main examiner of two Doctoral boards on Management at ISCTE ? Lisbon University Institute, on April 19 and 20.One of the thesis was about Transformational Outsourcing and Behavioral Leverage of Human Resources: A Portuguese-Brazilian Study?, of the candidate Carlos André Luiz Lessa Moreira, guided by Professor Dr. Luís Antero RetoThe other one, Sustainability of Management Continuous Improvement Processes: The Centrality of Analytical Capacity? of the candidate Carlos Sebastião Andriani, guided by Professor Dr. Nelson Jorge Campos RamalhoThe board, besides professor Bianor Cavalcanti, was comprised of four Portuguese professor doctors of the following universities: ISCTE ? Lisbon University Institute, University of Lisbon and University of Coimbra.
