Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Center for Regulation and Infrastructure Studies (FGV CERI), in partnership with NIRAS International Consulting, is holding a seminar called “Challenges and Prospects for Funding Green Hydrogen Projects in Brazil.” This public event will take place on August 11, at 1:30 pm, in FGV’s main building.

The seminar will present “Funding Green Hydrogen Projects in Brazil,” a study carried out jointly by NIRAS International Consulting and FGV CERI for the H2Brasil Project.

The study’s findings will be discussed with representatives of financial and industrial companies that are very interested in developing green hydrogen projects across Brazil, in two panel discussions on funding’s role in structuring projects and the potential for investments in green hydrogen in Brazil.

The H2Brasil Project is part of the Brazil-Germany Cooperation for Sustainable Development Program, and it is being implemented by the German international development agency, GIZ, and the Brazilian Mining and Energy Ministry, financed by the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
