International Relations Center addresses nuclear politics

The International Relations Center, in a partnership with Carnegie Endownment for International Peace, carried out, on May 16, the debate ?A Conversation on Nuclear Politics?. The discussion was attended by Carnegie Endownment's Vice-President George Perkovich, the member of the Commission of Nuclear Issues of the Council on Foreign Relations, Joe Biden, besides the Doctor in Physics from Cambridge and researcher of the topics of disarmament, nonproliferation and nuclear power James Acton, the journalist Mark Hibbs and political scientist from Leeds University, Togzhan Kassenova. The debate was open to the public and took place at 3:00PM, room 1014, at FGV headquarters, situated at Praia de Botafogo.
