Jean Monnet Chair opens selection process for free course on compared regionalism
Supported by the European Commission, Rio de Janeiro Law School (FGV Direito Rio) is receiving applications for the next edition of the Compared Regionalism course, within the Jean Monnet Chair. The goal is to encourage teaching, research and reflection on issues related to European integration.
This edition will focus on regional and sub-regional integration systems from a comparative perspective and a political and legal standpoint. The program will feature professors from renowned Brazilian and foreign universities.
The course promotes teaching, research and reflection on issues related to regional integration in higher education institutions, both inside the European Union and abroad. One of its main goals is to build knowledge networks with other Jean Monnet Chairs in Europe and other continents, sharing ideas and promoting research among its members, while also promoting teaching and research activities carried out at FGV.
Registrations for the selection process will be open until July 8 or until all available slots are filled. Undergraduate and graduate students from any institution can register free of charge. There are no prerequisites to join the program.
