Objective of the project 
 
The study investigates how Global South states articulate their narratives and participate in the advisory opinion on climate change submitted to the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg. The research is part of CPDG's line of study on global litigation, analyzing the construction of political and strategic discourses in international tribunals.
