Webinar addresses challenges and lessons learned following implementation of new bunker fuel standards
Nine months after new International Maritime Organization standards called IMO 2020, to cut the level of sulfur in bunker fuels, came into force, this webinar will discuss the subject and look at what progress has been made so far.
On October 5, FGV Energy and FGV Transport will hold a webinar called “Challenges and Lessons Learned Following the Implementation of IMO 2020.” The event will be broadcast live on FGV’s YouTube channel, starting at 6 pm.

How have companies adapted in relation to logistics, distribution, fleet adaptation and the impacts of COVID-19? Is it already possible to assess the benefits of the implementation of these new standards? Have all supply centers managed to obtain the new fuel?
These questions will be answered by Carlos Rocha of Aliança Navegação, Claudio Mastella of Petrobras, Felipe Lopes of Croda and Luiz Filippe Fernandez of Bunker One. The event will be moderated by Fernanda Delgado of FGV Energy and Marcus Quintella of FGV Transport.
