On June 8, at 6 pm, FGV Energy will hold a webinar titled “Onshore Fast Track – Emergency Measures.” The participants will discuss actions taken by government organizations to assist the oil and gas industry (especially the online segment), which has been hit hard by the ongoing economic and health crises. They will debate whether these measures have been big and fast enough to tackle the crisis, and how other Latin American countries, which compete with Brazil for investments, are doing.
The event will be broadcast online. The speakers will be Adriano Pires, the director of the Brazilian Infrastructure Center (CBIE); Anabal Junior, the executive secretary of the Brazilian Association of Independent Oil and Gas Producers; Daniel Hokama, the managing director of Perupetro; and Jose Zapata, a partner in Holland & Knight Colombia. The moderators will be Fernanda Delgado, a professor and strategic advisor at FGV Energy; and Felipe Maciel, a journalist and director of energy news website EPBR.
