Webinar discusses future of power industry

Faced with transformations in the electricity sector and changes in consumers’ profiles, FGV Executive Education will hold a webinar on March 16 called “What is the future of the power industry?” The meeting will look at subjects such as challenges posed by power sector decentralization, digitalization and decarbonization trends; social and environmental restrictions on production and consumption modes; and the new dynamics of this industry, which is becoming more global, more environmentally friendly and more market oriented.

The speakers will include Paulo Cunha, professor of energy sales at FGV, and Luiz Roberto Bezerra, FGV Energy’s power sector research coordinator and the coordinator of FGV’s Executive MBA in Administration: Power Sector Businesses.
