Webinar held to discuss emotional intelligence in energy sector
Talk is part of the EMPODEREC mentoring program, a partnership between FGV Energy, ENERGYC and the “Yes, Women Exist” campaign
On June 10, at 2 pm, on FGV’s YouTube channel, FGV Energy will hold a webinar called “Emotional Intelligence, Communication and Empathy in the Energy Sector.” Professor Solange Pose, who has extensive experience in the areas of human resources and internal marketing, will talk about recruitment processes and non-violent communication in the energy sector and share her knowledge of emotional intelligence, self-knowledge, leadership and empathy.
The talk is part of the EMPODEREC energy sector female mentoring program, a partnership between FGV Energy, ENERGYC and the “Sim, Elas Existem” (“Yes, Women Exist”) campaign, which is aimed at supporting female professionals in the energy sector. The webinar’s moderator will be Fernanda Delgado, a professor and strategic advisor at FGV Energy. The event will be broadcast live.
