FGV welcomes the regional director of the Inter-American Development Bank

On September 14, the president of FGV, Carlos Ivan Simonsen Leal, met with the director of the Department for the Southern Cone Countries of the Inter-American Development Bank (BID), José Luís Lupo. The meeting aimed to discuss future projects in partnership between the two institutions.
 

The following were also present at the event: the executive director of FGV's Latin American Center, Marlos Lima, the commercial executive director of IDE, Luiz Ernesto Migliora, the executive director of FGV Online, Stavros P. Xanthopoylos, the deputy director of FGV Online, Mary Kimiko Guimarães Murashima, the deputy director of IBRE, Vagner Ardeo, and the coordinator of the Study Center of IBRE's External Sector, Lia Valls Pereira.
 

José Luis Lupo is the director for BID's Southern Cone countries since 2012. He was BID's representative in Argentina between 2010 and 2011, BID's representative in Brazil between 2007 and 2010 and Bolivia's Minister of Finance between 2000 and 2001.
