Webinar debates laws on delivery work and services through digital platforms in Brazil

On January 27, the Center for Education and Research in Innovation (CEPI) at Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Sao Paulo Law School will hold an event called “A Look Back on the Gig Economy: Legislative Debate in 2020,” which will discuss a bill designed to regulate work through digital platforms.

This type of work, known as the “Gig Economy,” gained greater prominence in Congress in 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
