Webinar explores development, taxation and climate change
The aim is to discuss regulation, carbon pricing and taxation, and climate change.

The Nucleus for Tax Law and Nucleus for Regulation, Public Policy and Behavioral Economics, part of the Professional Master’s Program at the FGV Sao Paulo Law School, are holding a free online debate about development, taxation and climate change. The event will be livestreamed on YouTube on October 28, at 10 am.
The aim is to discuss regulation, carbon pricing and taxation, and climate change. The event marks the launch of the Nucleus for Regulation, Public Policy and Behavioral Economics.
The opening remarks will be given by two FGV Sao Paulo Law School professors: Tathiane Piscitelli, the coordinator of the school’s Nucleus for Tax Law; and Anna Lygia Costa Rego, the coordinator of the Nucleus for Regulation, Public Policy and Behavioral Economics. The debate’s participants will be Leonardo Giannetti of Minas Gerais Catholic University; Denise Lucena of Ceará Federal University, who is also a prosecutor at the Economy Ministry; and Ronaldo Seroa da Motta of Rio de Janeiro State University.
