Event discusses generative AI and its applications in academic research
Webinar aims to help researchers, professors and students use the latest generative AI tools in their academic activities.
On November 27, 2024, at 2 p.m., the FGV Library System will hold a webinar called “Generative AI: New Tools and Their Applications in Academic Research and Writing,” broadcast live on FGV’s YouTube channel. The event aims to enable researchers, professors and students to use the latest generative artificial intelligence tools in their academic activities, exploring practical and innovative features.
With the rapid advance of AI technologies, these tools are revolutionizing the way knowledge is produced and disseminated. The webinar will be presented by Gabriel Leal, the manager of FGV’s Mario Henrique Simonsen Library in Rio de Janeiro. He will discuss how generative AI can be used to optimize academic research, helping generate ideas, organize references and even write articles.
