2025 Summer Program: FGV holds training for undergraduate and graduate students
Initiative brings together renowned researchers and professors, who will present a wealth of content on applied mathematics and its applications.

Fundação Getulio Vargas’ School of Applied Mathematics (FGV EMAp) will offer free summer academic courses, minicourses, workshops and seminars for undergraduate and graduate students at FGV and other higher education institutions. The courses will be held online between January 13 and February 21, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The deadline for applications is January 10, 2025.
The FGV EMAp Summer Program brings together renowned researchers and professors, who will present a wealth of content on applied mathematics and its applications. In this way, students can expand their knowledge and create a solid network of contacts.

The FGV School of Applied Mathematics was founded in 2011 to develop contemporary mathematics, adapted to the challenges of the information and knowledge age. Aware of the growing demand in the job market for professionals capable of using increasingly sophisticated mathematical techniques and computational models, FGV EMAp prepares its graduates to work in strategic sectors of public and private sector organizations, as well as qualifying them for academic research and consulting projects.
